PJCOWS Board Member Elections - April 20th
Jai Jinendra, Thank you for coming during the Snatra Puja event and attending the General Meeting.
As described during the general meeting sharing the details of the board meeting broadly. Board Member Elections Election will be overseen by Samit Jhaveri and Hemant Vora. Here are something to note for elections. (Read carefully as some dates have changed)
Only members can vote or contest for an election. One vote per adult family member (21+).
You have to be a member by April 14th, 2019 to be eligible to contest in election
You have to be a member by April 19th, 2019 to be eligible to vote in election.
If you would like to contest for a board member position - nominate yourself by emailing your name and contact info (phone and email) to election@pjcows.org by April 14th 2019
Election will be held during event on April 20th, 2019 (Details of the events will be shared later)
Membership
Based on initial feedback we have updated the membership registration form and made it simpler. Should take around 2 minutes of your time.

Register by April 19th, 2019 to be able to vote in election.
Membership is free till April 19th 2019, after that it will be $100 till end of the year.
